General terms and conditions of the online store The general terms and conditions of the online store INNOVATIVE GARDEN HAND TOOLS are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international e-business codes. The online store INNOVATIVE GARDEN HAND TOOLS is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user. It is managed by the company KATARZYNA EWA SLAPNIK s.p. hereinafter the provider. A user is a person who uses our system, i.e. a customer in an online store. When registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address, which he determines in his profile, and a password. The user name and password unambiguously determine and associate the user with the filled-in data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online store INNOVATIVE GARDEN HAND TOOLS user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer. Availability of information The provider undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information at all times: company identity, contact addresses, essential characteristics of the goods or services, availability of products, terms of delivery of the product or performance of the service, all prices clearly and unambiguously determined, method of payment and delivery, time validity of the offer, the deadline during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal and the explained procedure in the event of a complaint, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.

Payment methods In the INNOVATIVE GARDEN HAND TOOLS online store, the provider offers the following payment methods: - BANK CARDS - AFTER SUMMARY  - 5 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER PRODUCT DELIVERY (only for regular customers) The provider issues an invoice to the buyer on a permanent medium, with detailed costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the items, if necessary and possible. The purchase contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is accessible to the customer at any time in his user profile (My profile).

Validity of the offer The prices indicated in the online store are irrevocable and only valid when ordering via the Internet, so there may be price differences for some products in the online store and other stores in Slovenia. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. All prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory. If the product is not in stock, the price may change, and the provider will notify the customer. Images can only be symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual situation. Purchase process 1. Order accepted After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. 2. Order confirmed. THE BUYER RECEIVES THE ORDER CONFIRMATION WITH THE DELIVERY DATE INDICATED. If the buyer does not cancel the order within 24 hours, the order goes into further processing, The provider can call the customer on his contact phone number to check the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. When delivering goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse, the provider is exclusively bound by the delivery by the provider's supplier and the time in which the provider's supplier can deliver the goods to the provider. Via e-mail, the provider informs the buyer about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of goods. The provider does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or non-delivery of goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse. 3. Goods shipped The provider prepares the goods within the agreed period, ships them and informs the buyer about this by e-mail. 4. The right to cancel the purchase, return the goods The consumer has the right to notify the company in writing of withdrawal from the contract within 15 days, to the contact e-mail address: SHOP@INNOVATIVEGARDENHANDTOOLS.COM. The consumer must then return the goods to the company within thirty days of the written notification of the consumer's withdrawal from the purchase, bearing the direct costs of the return. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. A copy of the order and invoice must be attached. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The provider returns the entire purchase price (purchase price with delivery costs) as soon as possible, but no later than thirty days after receiving the returned goods. Warranty Products in the online store are subject to warranty conditions in accordance with Slovenian legislation. Delivery time Delivery times are expressed in the number of working days, namely UP TO 21 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DAY OF THE ORDER. Delivery The supplier must deliver the goods within the promised time.
